Beeing an afforested table mountain surrounded by sandstone cliffs, the hill is with 726 m a unique landscape dominant. On the peak the visitor may climb the thirty-metre-high view-tower which has stood there since 1864, and get a unique panoramic view over the Ore mountains, the hills of Bohemian Highlands, the Lusatian mountains, as well as over the table mountains of Saxon Switzerland in Germany. From the hill even Dresden can be seen.
